Welcome to The Little Things. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application, The Little Things (the "App"), provided by Shanghai Weishu Weixiang Network Technology Co., Ltd. (doing business as "VSVX Creatives", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Subscription-Based Service

The Little Things is a subscription-only service. We do not offer a free tier. To access the App’s features, including the "Time Arcade," "Stamps," and "Threads," you must purchase a valid subscription.

• Billing: All subscriptions are handled via the Apple App Store. You will be charged through your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store Account Settings at any time.

2. Refund Policy

All financial transactions are processed by Apple. We do not have the authority to issue refunds directly. If you are dissatisfied with the service or made an accidental purchase, you must request a refund directly through Apple Support (e.g., via https://www.google.com/search?q=reportaproblem.apple.com).

3. User Content & AI Usage

Our App uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (including Google Gemini and Flux via Replicate) to weave your entries into "Time Receipts" and generate icons.

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content (Stamps) you enter.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to use the App to generate, store, or share content that is illegal, violent, pornographic, hateful, or infringing on third-party rights.
• AI Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI-generated content (The "Echo" insights and icons) may sometimes be inaccurate, biased, or unexpected. We provide these features "As Is" and do not guarantee their accuracy or suitability.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the App’s infrastructure.
• Use the App for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Circumvent any security features or subscription locks.
